• We currently ship within the USA only.
• Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. The dispatch time for ready-stock pieces is shown on the product page or confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
• Preorder and special-order pieces are sourced from India — the estimated timeline is shared with you before you pay.
• Shipping charges depend on your address and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
• A tracking number is shared with you on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
• Please double-check your shipping address and phone number — parcels sent to an incorrect address may be delayed or lost.
• Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary, especially around holidays.

Returns Policy

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
• Please review the photos, details and measurements carefully — and ask us any questions on WhatsApp — before you order.
• Colours may look slightly different on screens and in natural light; this is not considered a defect.
• Custom-tailored and special-order pieces are made or sourced just for you.
• Please record a video while opening your parcel. If there is a problem with your order, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos.
