We ship across India. All sales are final — no returns or exchanges.
Shipping Policy
- We ship across India.
- Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. The dispatch time is shown on the product page or confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
- Shipping charges depend on your address and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
- A tracking number is shared with you on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
- Please double-check your shipping address and phone number — parcels sent to an incorrect address may be delayed or lost.
Returns Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
- Please review the photos, details and measurements carefully — and ask us any questions on WhatsApp — before you order.
- Colours may look slightly different on screens and in natural light; this is not considered a defect.
- Custom-tailored and special-order pieces are made or sourced just for you.
- Please record a video while opening your parcel. If there is a problem with your order, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos.
